Build Wealth & Protect Your Family
with an Indexed Universal Life Policy
Permanent death benefit + index-linked cash value with a 0% floor so credited interest does not go negative (subject to a 0% floor per the policy contract) in a down year. No obligation — I'll walk you through whether it fits your goals.
Permanent Protection + Index-Linked Growth in One Policy
An IUL pays a death benefit to your beneficiaries and builds cash value linked to a market index. Interest crediting is subject to a cap, floor, and participation rate defined in the policy contract. Fees and cost of insurance apply and vary by carrier.
Permanent Death Benefit
Coverage for life as long as the policy stays in force. No set expiration date unlike term insurance.

IUL FAQ
Your cash value has a 0% floor on index-linked interest crediting, meaning you will not receive negative credited interest in a down market year. However, cost of insurance charges and administrative fees are still deducted from your cash value each period regardless of index performance. If the policy is underfunded, those charges can cause it to lapse — resulting in loss of coverage and a potentially taxable event. Proper and consistent funding is essential. A compliant illustration showing projected and guaranteed values is required before purchase.
An IUL is a life insurance product, not a security or investment account. You are not directly invested in the stock market — interest is credited based on index performance subject to a cap rate, participation rate, and 0% floor, not actual index returns. IUL policies are not regulated by the SEC or FINRA, are not FDIC-insured, and carry a death benefit that market investments do not. Past index performance does not guarantee future credited interest.
Premiums vary based on your age, health, death benefit amount, and how aggressively you fund the policy. Because IUL policies require individual underwriting, there is no one-size-fits-all rate. A licensed agent must provide a compliant illustration detailing projected and guaranteed values before you purchase. Most IUL policies allow policy loans or withdrawals after the early policy years. Loans accrue interest and, if not repaid, reduce the death benefit and cash value. Consult a qualified tax advisor regarding your specific situation.
